PLUMMER GATEWAY HIGHWAY DISTRICT

The Plummer Gateway Highway District efficiently and effectively serves the traveling public of Benewah County, Idaho. Formed in 1910, the Plummer Gateway Highway District consists of over 97 miles of asphalt and gravel roads. Boundary lines for the District: Kootenai/Benewah County line to the north, Parkside Road to the east, Windfall Pass Road to the south, and the Washington/Idaho state line to the west. 
 

The Plummer Gateway Highway District is a quasi-municipal government agency governed by a three member board. The District is divided into 3 equal parts based on population and miles of road. Sub district map.
 

The Commissioners and employees of the Plummer Gateway Highway District are dedicated to ensuring the roads we maintain are  of the best quality as our budget allows.  â€‹

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN MEETING DATE
BOARD OF HIGHWAY DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS REGULAR MEETING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meeting of the Board of Highway District Commissioners for the Plummer Gateway Highway District has been rescheduled. Originally set for Monday, August 18, 2025 at 9:00am, the meeting will now take place on Friday, August 15, 2025 at 9:00am. The location remains unchanged: Plummer Gateway Highway District Office, located at 866 D Street, Plummer, Idaho. This change was made due to a scheduling conflict.
